ExamHack.ai offers the following subscription options:

• Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly, auto-renews until canceled
• Annual Subscription: Billed annually, auto-renews until canceled

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.

3. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If you sign up for a free trial:

• The trial period is clearly stated at signup (typically 7 days)
• You will not be charged during the trial period
• You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for a paid subscription
• Trial eligibility is limited to one per user

4. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers.

If you are not satisfied with ExamHack.ai, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase (excluding free trials). To be eligible:

• You must be a first-time subscriber (new customer)
• The refund request must be made within 7 days of your first payment
• The subscription must not have been previously refunded
• You must contact us at refunds@examhack.ai to request the refund

Note: The 7-day money-back guarantee applies only to your first subscription payment. Subsequent renewals are not eligible for refunds.

5. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your ExamHack.ai subscription at any time:

• How to Cancel: Go to your account settings or contact support@examhack.ai
• Access After Cancellation: You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
• No Automatic Renewal: Once canceled, your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged again
• No Partial Refunds: Cancellation does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the remaining days in your billing period (except within the 7-day money-back guarantee window)

6. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted in the following circumstances:

• 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: First-time subscribers within 7 days of initial purchase
• Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error
• Service Unavailability: If the Service was unavailable for an extended period due to our fault
• Unauthorized Charges: If you can demonstrate that charges were made without your authorization

7. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

We will process your refund request within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

9. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us at billing@examhack.ai before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving all billing issues quickly and fairly.

Important: Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension and may prevent you from using ExamHack.ai in the future.

10. Account Termination by ExamHack.ai

If we terminate your account due to violations of our Terms of Service (including but not limited to using the Service for cheating or academic dishonesty), you will NOT be eligible for any refund.

11. Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to change our subscription pricing at any time. However:

• Price changes will not affect existing subscribers until their next renewal
• We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase
• You can cancel before the price increase takes effect

12. Promotional Discounts and Coupons

• Promotional discounts are non-refundable
• Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time

• Requesting refunds after extensive use of the Service beyond reasonable trial usage
